The certification results are based on the Trust Index© Survey, conducted anonymously among our employees. The survey evaluates our workplace experience, the conditions within the company, the incentives provided, the relationship between employees and management, as well as the processes and practices applied in human resource management.
According to this year’s survey, 99% of our people state that they are treated fairly, regardless of sexual orientation or background, and that they felt welcomed in the team from day one. Additionally, 96% report that they have the flexibility to take time off whenever needed, while 95% say that it is easy to approach and communicate with the company’s management. Furthermore, 94% of employees feel encouraged to maintain a balance between their professional and personal lives, 93% feel at home when changing roles or departments, and 91% feel they can truly be themselves in the workplace—percentages that soar to 100% among employees under 25.
