1. Eligibility:
a. The program is open to young females aged 20-28.
b. Applicants should not have prior program coding experience.
c. Knowledge of the English language is necessary to attend the Workshop.
d. By applying, participants acknowledge that they meet the eligibility criteria.

2. Application Process:
a. Applications will be accepted from the 8^th of March until the 26^th of March, 2024.
b. All applications will be treated in strict confidence. 
c. Late applications will not be considered.
d. The participants will be informed about the progress of their application from March 27^th to April 1^st, 2024. In case of rejection of their application, the participants will be informed by email, while in case of acceptance of their application, the participants will be informed by phone.

3. Place and time of the event:
a. The Workshop will take place at the Company’s facilities, Xenophontos Street no. 10, T.K. 10557, Athens. Participants are invited to come to the venue with their own means.
b. The time of the Workshop is set for April 12, 2024 and time 09:00 until 17:00. The above time is indicative and the participants will be informed of the official time of the event at a later date. Participants are invited to come to the venue at least 10 minutes before the start time.

4. Program Obligations:
a. Participants are required to act professionally and responsibly during the program.
b. Respect for company policies, guidelines and the company’s facilities is mandatory.
c. Participants shall not disclose in any way confidential and valuable information concerning the company or any third parties.

5. Consent:
During participation in the Workshop, photographs or other audio-visual material (such as video) will be taken during each phase of the program. This photographic or audio-visual material may be used by Campeón Gaming for presentations, social media meetings or other educational activities organized or participated in by Campeón Gaming in print or electronic form (social media).

Participants understand that:

• Campeón Gaming members or professional photographers and videographers licensed by Campeón Gaming may take photos or videos for use in Campeón Gaming presentations, events, training events, awards, or promotions.
• Campeón Gaming will at its own discretion control the type of photography and audio-visual material and will reject impermissible or offensive material or material that deals with sensitive social issues.
• The personal data collected in accordance with the above may be kept in Campeón Gaming’s file for as long as is necessary to carry out the program, to fulfill the purposes for which they have been collected and to communicate the program, and as long as it is necessary to fulfill Campeón Gaming’s legal obligations.

  Based on the above explanations, the participants, by submitting the application to participate in the program, consent to the taking of photos or other audio-visual material.

6. Termination:
Campeón Gaming reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the Workshop if they fail to meet Workshop obligations or violate the terms and conditions.

7. Acceptance:
a. By applying to “she.codes 2.0” Workshop, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
b. Campeón Gaming holds the right to make final decisions on participant selection.
