With the motto “People Make the Game,” we recognize that our people are the true champions. This is clearly reflected in the results of the anonymous Trust Index® survey conducted among our employees, where 90% state that Campeón Gaming is an excellent workplace.
More specifically, over 98% of employees report that they are treated fairly, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or background. At the same time, 93% say they can be themselves at work and that management trusts its people to do their jobs properly, without excessive supervision. Additionally, 90% believe that management is approachable and that people in the company genuinely care about one another. Finally, 89% of employees state that Campeones enjoy special and unique benefits, while 97% say they felt welcomed when they joined the Campeón team.
This year’s certification is a meaningful validation of a series of targeted initiatives implemented over the past year. These include redefining our vision and values, setting clear goals for the future, renewing the employee engagement strategy, strengthening internal communication between departments, enhancing employee benefits, and carrying out a comprehensive organizational restructuring.
